First time here. Service was excellent, amenities great, location fantastic. My 2 issues were our room was not very clean & I'm a stickler for that. The carpet was not vacuumed very well and along the walls/corners not at all and for a long time not done. The bathroom floor needed sweeping & probably mopping too as well as the only hook in the wall fell right out. We notified staff right away yet no one came to fix it leaving nothing to hang our towels/clothes on. I REALLY wanted to request a vacuum & mop to do myself. The only other minor issue is that the breakfast was the exact same both mornings with no fruit. That's more a me issue I think. Someone brought homemade cookies each day that were absolutely delicious & greatly appreciated.
Been staying with the Days Inn Labor Day weekend for the past 8-10 years. We come back because they are always to pleasant, helpful, and friendly! I love the recent upgrades to some of the rooms and the entryway. See you again next year!!
Landon is always a friendly and helpful staff member, very nice rooms at this hotel, everything is up to date. Food and stores near by at our convenience! I'll be staying here again
Judging on a Days Inn scale: This is a solid Days Inn. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the staff is excellent. I will be staying here every time I am in Iron Mountain
Great stay at a reasonable price. Employees are nice. Pet friendly. Has a clean pool area. Location is very good! Just a stones throw from stores and restaurants!
Stayed here 2x in Nov '25. Friendly staff, nicely decorated for the holidays, clean rooms, & comfortable beds. Decent prices& usual free bkfst with waffles, egg & cheese omelets to warm up in micro, & biscuits & gravy, etc. Dogs are allowed for a fee. Culver's & an Aldi's grocery are next door & within safe walking distance. Pool & hot tub work, although we didn't have time to try them. My only complaint is the pop machine wasn't working both visits. About a 10 min drive from downtown Iron Mt.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean with no complaints. Convenient location. Best part was the great service and friendly staff.
This was a great hotel for the price! It was well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and inviting complete with pool noodles to use. The 24 hours coffee/ hot chocolate/ cider and cookie bar was delicious. The Halloween decorations were adorable and tastefully displayed. A wide variety of hot and cold breakfast choices including omelettes and waffles, cereal and yogurt topped off the stay! I highly recommend this hotel
